| Shit, how time flies!!!!!!!

It is now less than two days before my first paper!
This blog will be officially on hiatus until at least my last paper concludes. And perhaps by then I can resume blogging over at the new blogspot.
This entry is to wish all of you exam-takers the best of luck in your finals, wherever you may be.
May you and I do well in all your papers.
May the Force be with us.

| The masses in KL are at the moment head over heels in love with these Indonesian donuts.
Can't wait for the Sunway Pyramid's branch to open!

Photo taken with my trusty old Canon Ixus v2... sorry about the terrible white balance... can't do anything about it.

| Contemplating whether I should abandon Xanga and move over to Blogspot.
"Xanga" just sounds too gay for my taste.
I'm still undecided.

| Was at the new Sunway Pyramid by 9 a.m in the morning today. JUSCO's grand opening of its Sunway Pyramid branch in the new extension.
My purpose of being there early this morning was to see whether there would be any Bumblebees or Optimus Primes at the toys' section. Turned out that there were none. Damn disappointed. Since I didn't want to go back empty-handed after waking up so freaking early and camping in front of JUSCO for 1 hour plus, I decided to buy R2-D2 from the Star Wars line.
Afterwards, I explored the place for a little bit, of course not forgetting to take photos of the almost completed building.
The new extension is a much needed facelift for the old and boring Sunway Pyramid. It will definitely breathe some new life into the place. Shops you will be expecting to see are J.Co Donuts and POPULAR bookstore. Paiseh, I only noticed these two. haahaha.
After that, I watched 'Chuck and Larry the Gay'. Funny movie, that's all. Hot Jessica Biel, that's something.
Soon after watching 'Chuck & Larry', I was on my way to Mutiara Complex at Jalan Ipoh in KL to buy a sturdy tripod for my camera.
There's this Made-in-China tripod that looks every bit like the Manfrotto 190prob model. Manfrotto tripods, some people say, are like the Rolls Royce of the tripod world. They have got class and thus expensive, and they are used by many professional photographers the world over. FYI, Manfrotto 190prob model costs rm450 for the body alone and the head will cost another rm150.
My Manfrotto-lookalike sets me back rm170, inclusive of the head. Strength-wise, I would say it is on par with the Manfrotto 190prob which is able to carry around 5kg of load. Quality-wise though, of course, you will not get the same quality control as the original Manfrotto.
All in all, it is a good buy. Totally worth it. Value for money.
By the way, the tripod is called Victory model 3080 . Using it, the battle is half won already. hahahahahaa.
I wanted to post some pictures of the tripod but my internet connection is being a pain in the ass at the moment so the photos will have to wait till tomorrow.
Anyway some cross-processed photos for today (uploaded yesterday).

Note: the following photos were not taken by me, but were sent to me by the friend of the photographer.
I only edited the photos.
Credits go to the photographer.
